Cynthia Sicart

Cynthia Sicart is the principal consultant and owner of CS Consulting.

She earned her Master’s degree in Law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University, France, various University Degrees in comparative Law (U.S, U.K and Asian Law), a Master Degree’s in Political Science specialty Contemporary East Asia from Lumière Lyon II University and a Master Degree’s in Political Science specialty International Studies from Jean Moulin Lyon III University.

Cynthia Sicart worked in the second major French local authority, Lyon Metropolis (i.e. The Greater Lyon) in several departments notably in the Legal Service of the HR Department and the Federal Legal Service (Legal Affairs and Public Procurement Department).

Having a passion for travel, she spent some time in Maputo (Mozambique) and finally decided to bag pack to Miami.
The vibrant dynamism and multiculturalism of the town led her to take a position as Legal Assistant at an Immigration Law firm in Miami Beach.

After almost two years, Cynthia Sicart decided that it was time to branch out and launched her own company.
CS Consulting was founded with the genuine vision to build the firm’s reputation by satisfying each of its clients’ needs –one client, and one successful outcome at the time. Indeed, numerous clients came to her frustrated with the quality of the services provided by the attorney they hired: no phone calls returned after payment of the retainer, no communication about progresses realized on applications, and burdensome fees. Miss Sicart endeavors in giving clients the attention they deserve and always adheres to professional ethics, integrity and responsiveness. She prides herself in giving only realistic and feasible options to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Cynthia Sicart is aware that the immigration processes can be stressful and overwhelming. One of CS Consulting’s pillars is to guide clients through clear communication and frequent updates, as well as to grant affordable and cost-effective fees without compromising on quality of services.

Also, Cynthia Sicart is an ardent advocate of the Caribbean identity, cultural and economic expansion; notably through entrepreneurial leadership development. She encourages and takes part into actions helping redefining the Caribbean identity and culture, especially in the French-speaking islands. Indeed, natives of the French West Indies naturally turn themselves to the metropolitan territory (France), where they actually frequently face major obstacles in terms of career growth and sometimes in terms of social integration. Redrawing the map of the Caribbean identity and its perception as is, its attractiveness as well as focus on people’s mobility –entrepreneurs, companies, start-up or individuals- is a major commitment of hers. Cynthia Sicart is involved in initiatives promoting the internationalization of the Caribbean ecosystem, local market enhancement and sustainable practices development. Empowering business women is also a major commitment of hers. Meeting and connecting with strong, determined and fierce ‘womentrepreneurs’ is a big part of Cynthia Sicart’s approach and philosophy.
